After years of putting it off for several years I’m finally looking to visit Paraguay in the next couple of weeks for a two or three month escape from dreary old UK. I plan on travelling light, backpacking but haven’t got any real plans to travel around just need somewhere to land and decompress from the stresses of modern life (and a recent horrible divorce). I like the look of somewhere like Piribebuy, it’s far enough away from the city but close enough too. Can you tell me how I might go about finding an apartment and what the costs associated might be? I want to leave my options open with regard to staying a bit longer, maybe another 90 days or perhaps temporary residency, I wonder if you have any thoughts on this please? Finally I like to cycle and visit the gym, are there gyms around? Are there cycle shops where I might purchase a middle of the range mountain bike?
